My parents have trusted this company for years. My Dad passed in 2017 and my mom has always known she could depend on them since then. She was always talking about an employee named Linda who was the friendly voice that answered the incoming calls over the years. She was pleased to hear her answer her call today. The recent sleet and ice storm, was causing her older furnace to work overtime , and it had stopped working. Due to the power outages in the area, she feared getting service for at least 24 hours. They had someone at her home within a few hours! Jake was extremely friendly, and polite. He explained the problem throughly , and what needed to be done to fix it. He informed her of cost, and made sure she felt confident before proceeding. He took photos of the whole process, and stayed once it was complete to make sure the house was heating properly. Thanks Jake! I am glad my mom has a long-standing relationship with this company. It gives her peace of mind, and it gives me peace of mind as well. Highly recommend them!
