We had 2 other ac companies come out and look at out AC and both charged a fee and also tried to sell parts and a whole new unit we didn’t need. AGES Services Company came out to our house on a Sunday same day I called, looked at our unit cleaned our unit went up in our attic and found the problem which was a loose wire. He fixed that issue and then filled our unit with Freon and charged a great price for his service. I will for sure use them again and have referred AGES Services Company to others.

I was told by my old ac guy that my evaporator coil was bad and would cost $2800 to replace it!!! After he left the system was working worse than before we called him. I called AGES Services Company and Brandon came out and cleaned my condenser coil, put his gauges on my outside unit and determined that a valve inside my evaporator was the wrong size. Upon further review the valve was totally gone! We looked around and actually found my valve in the insulation as if it had been purposefully placed there. AGES matched up the right valve and got me running and it’s been working great since. Thanks!!

Outdoor unit stopped functioning leaving us with 82 degree inside temp. Called and left a message for request of service and was promptly called back. Perfect. AC was restored in 20mins. Technician was on time as agreed and called before arriving. Tech was clean, courtesy and a true professional. He replaced the failed capacitor with a warrantied American made part and even silenced a nuisance rattle the unit was making. He also checked the freon level as well as the general health of the unit. He did not try to push unneeded services or extras upon me and he answered all my questions. I definitely will be using them again in the future.
